Total suspended matter concentration of China's five major rivers from 2022 to 2023

using SDGSAT-1 MII as the primary data source and, based on ACOLITE atmospheric correction, develops an empirical algorithm for suspended sediment concentration inversion using the red-green band ratio, producing suspended sediment concentration data. It involves manually drawing river centerline vectors and extracting suspended sediment concentration values. By employing a segment-by-segment sampling method to calculate averages, a dataset of suspended sediment concentrations along the centerlines of five major rivers is obtained.To ensure data integrity, the results from 2022 and 2023 for the same seasons were merged, yielding a dataset of suspended sediment concentrations for each season along the centerlines of the five major rivers from 2022 to 2023.
