IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS OF WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS IN CHELIDONIUM MAJUS EXTRACT BASED ON HPLC ANALYSIS

In this study, water-soluble vitamins of the B group (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9) and vitamin C in the aqueous extract of Chelidonium majus L. were simultaneously identified using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the extract contained high amounts of vitamin B3 (957.150 mg/100 g) and vitamin B9 (24.230 mg/100 g). These findings indicate that the aqueous extract of Chelidonium majus L. possesses high metabolic activity and nutraceutical potential. The study scientifically substantiates the use of this plant's raw material as a promising source for the development of functional phytopreparations and biologically active food supplements.
