The next-generation metagenomic sequencing of 29 aphids

We have acquired the next-generation metagenomic sequences from 29 aphid samples, which will facilitate further investigation into the mutualistic relationships between insects and symbiotic bacteria. This advancement is instrumental in extending research on the diversity of symbionts associated with aphids across a broader range of hosts.
