资源简介:
Male ICR mice (6 weeks old) were obtained from Japan SLC (Shizuoka, Japan) and housed in plastic cages in a regulated environment (24 plus-minus 1degreeC, 50 plus-minus 5% humidity), with a 12-hr light/dark cycle (lights on at 8:00 A.M.). Food and tap water were available ad libitum. All experiments were performed in accordance with the Guidelines for Animal Experiments of Meijo University. The procedures involving animals and their care were conducted in conformity with the international guidelines, Principles of Laboratory Animal Care (National Institutes of Health publication 85-23, revised 1985). Risperidone supplied by Janssen Kyowa (Tokyo, Japan) was dissolved in water containing 1% tartaric acid. Three mice were administered risperidone (2.4 mg/kg, p.o., once a day for 21 days), three mice were administered saline, and decapitated 2 h after the last injection of risperidone. The brain was immediately removed. The prefrontal cortex (PFC) was rapidly dissected on an ice-cold plate, frozen, and stored at ?80degreeC until used.
