A guide for using and reporting experimental statistics in additive manufacturing, based on an assessment of current practices
收藏资源简介:
The data for this study are drawn from a structured literature review of additive manufacturing (AM) studies, with a focus on laser-based powder bed fusion of metals (PBF-LB/M). Each row in the dataset corresponds to an individual published study and includes coded variables describing its experimental design, statistical methods, and reporting practices. Key variables capture whether the study implemented randomization, replication, blocking, and assumption checks, as well as metadata such as publication year and journal. To reproduce the analysis, save the file litReviewData.csv in the same directory as the script litReview.R. Then, open R (or RStudio), set the working directory to this folder using setwd("path/to/folder"), and run the script. The code will automatically read the CSV file, perform the analyses, and generate all figures and tables reported in the manuscript.
