To obtain insight into the changes in thymus caused by repeated cocaine administration, we performed transcriptome analysis. Total RNAs from the control and cocaine groups (day 7) were subjected to DNA microarray analysis. Overall design: We analyzed thymus from 1 control rat and 1 cocaine-administered (20mg/kg, daily for 7days) rat using the ClariomS platform.
