Reciprocal Eelgrass Seed Restoration Monitoring Data Across NC and VA Sites

This dataset includes field monitoring data from a reciprocal seed restoration experiment conducted at multiple Zostera marina transplant sites in North Carolina and Virginia during the 2024 growing season. The data include information on source and transplant sites, seagrass cover, shoot density, shoot height, and reproductive effort across quadrats established in each restoration plot. The purpose of this dataset is to evaluate performance differences among eelgrass seed sources under varying environmental conditions and site locations.
