Transcriptomic analysis revealed that IFN-I and Mapk pp38 signaing were found to be critical for the pDC-enhanced TLR-mediated B cell responses. Overall design: Examination of 2 biological duplicated samples from BR (with R848) and BPR (B cells from pDC R848 coculture system).
