Targeted sequencing of the ALK gene for disease monitoring in children with neuroblastoma

In this study, we developed a sequencing panel focusing on recurrent mutations in the ALK gene for detection of circulating tumor DNA in children with neuroblastoma. We here upload data with longitudinal sequencing of cell-free DNA in four patients with ALK-driven relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma treated with the ALK inhibitor lorlatinib.
