Phylogenomics of Cladobranchia using RNA-Seq data

This project addresses the evolutionary history of taxa within the gastropod clade Cladobranchia. Using RNA-Seq (transcriptome) data collected from Illumina sequencing technology, this project has resolved many long-standing questions in regards to the phylogeny of Cladobranchia and has provided further evidence for the efficacy of transcriptome data in phylogenetics.
