Broadband monolithic GaN balanced amplifier composed of mixed cascade-tandem directional couplers and cascode stages - replication data

Results of research on a broadband balanced amplifier made in the UMS GH15 technological process (source materials for paper published in IEEE Access with the same name). Simulations were performed using specialized Cadence AWR Design Environment software version 15 and using process libraries (PDK) version 1.2. The range of the analyzed operating band from 6 GHz to 35 GHz. Measurements were made using a vector analyzer and a spectrum analyzer working in the same band and the "on-chip" method.
