This dataset contains the numerical data supporting all figures presented in the main text and Supplementary Information of the manuscript. The dataset includes time-series measurements of bacterial activity, urease activity, and Ca²⁺ concentrations under different salinity conditions (Fig. 2), quantitative crystal growth data obtained from microfluidic crystal-tracking experiments (Figs. 3 and 4), crystal size evolution and growth rate analyses (Fig. 5), Ca²⁺ removal dynamics during alternating low- and high-salinity treatments (Fig. 6), and particle size distributions and mineralogical characterization data for biominerals formed under different salinity conditions (Fig. 7). Supplementary datasets include additional time-course profiles, viability analyses, and supporting microfluidic and mineralogical data corresponding to SI-Figs. S3, S4, S6, and S7. All datasets are provided in open, machine-readable formats and can be used to reproduce the figures and verify the key trends and conclusions reported in this study.
