Whole genome sequencing of A.B-Cli

Four strains of A. baumannii were isolated from tumor tissues, among which one exhibited the best activity. We designated it as A.B-Cli and subjected it to whole-genome sequencing to assess whether it is a novel, unreported A. baumannii strain with tumorigenic activity. The whole-genome sequencing results revealed that besides the genomic content, A.B-Cli carries two plasmids. Sequence alignment suggested that A.B-Cli is a novel, previously unreported A. baumannii strain.
