Autophagy driving ETV6-RUNX1 positive leukaemia

This file contains the gene expression data for 654 pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia samples A population-based cohort of 654 pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia samples was profiled, 574 BCP-ALL and 80 T-ALL. The cohort itself was described in Van der Veer et al. Blood 2013, PMID: 23974192. ETV6-RUNX1 positive BCP-ALL cases were compared with ETV6-RUNX1 negative BCP-ALL cases (Polak et al. 2019 PMID: 30381299), and PDGFRA high expression cases were identified and further characterized (Jerchel et al. 2018 PMID: 29170250).
