To decipher the possible function of a CLE5 signaling network in Arabidopis thaliana, comparative gene expression analysis was performed using 8 days old cle5 loss-of-function mutant and CLE5-overexpressing plants. We profiled the root and shoot transcriptomes of seedlings grown on 1/2MS medium under long-day conditions.
