Targeted LC-MS/MS analysis of the S1PR1 peptide RPIIAGMEFSR +/- phoshphorylation and Met oxidation. The samples are biological triplicates of immunoprecipitated GFP-S1PR1 from control cells (C), or cells overexpressing PREX1 (P), + or - stimulation with S1P. The data are from Baker M. et al.
