Analysis of Journals' IFAs to Observe Endorsements of Biomedical Reporting Guidelines

This dataset is supplement information for the PLoS One article on Endorsements of five reporting guidelines for biomedical research by journals of prominent publishers.Excel files include 1) 559 journals from 11 publishers we observed; 2) 1580 journals that endorsed some of the reporting guidelines as listed on the reporting guidelines' Websites; 3) Coding results of the 410 journals that instructed authors in IFAs on the reporting guidelines (ARRIVE, CARE, CONSORT, PRISMA, and SPIRIT)Peiling Wang ([e-mail] and Dietmar Wolfram ([e-mail])
