CPRD Primary Care OMOP Common Data Model

The CPRD Primary Care Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM) database contains longitudinal routinely-collected electronic health records (EHR) from UK primary care practices. The data has been transformed into a common format (data model) using an open community data standard and structure from the Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI) standardised vocabularies. The approach allows organisation, standardisation and common representation of medical terms and variables that have been obtained from various clinical data sources.
