TAL1 cooperates with PI3K/AKT pathway activation in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Ectopic TAL1 expression is frequently associated with PI3K-AKT pathway mutations in T-ALL. Here we developed inducible mouse models demonstrating cooperation between TAL1 and PI3K-AKT signaling and we used these models to study the effects of targeted inhibitors. Overall design: RNA sequencing of mice with AKT(E17K) or AKT(E17K)+TAL1, empty vector or TAL1 overexpression. RNA sequencing of ProT cells with induced expression of TAL1 (with 4OH tamoxifen treatment).
