Synchrotron radiation-based X-ray microCT data

The SRµCT data consists of 3 individual scans. The scans were adjusted in intensity and converted to 8 bit for 3D stacking in the visualization software AMIRA.<br><br>The data shows parasitic/phoretic nematodes (<i>Rhabditis maupasi</i>) that are enclosed by the earthworm's brown bodies.
