资源简介:
Data set from the BRAVE population survey. A codebook and a variable report are documenting and complementing the data set.
The BRAVE population survey was conducted within the context of the multidisciplinary research project “BRidging gaps for the adoption of Automated VEhicles” (BRAVE) funded by the EU as part of the Horizon 2020 research program. The survey took place in the seven countries of the participating project partners, i.e. in the EU countries France, Germany, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, as well as in Australia and the USA and lasted from December 2019 to February 2020. The survey was conducted via computer assisted web interviews (CAWI). The recruitment of the participants for the online survey was carried out with an online access panel. The Ethics Commission of the School of Business, Economics and Society of the University Erlangen-Nuremberg approved the research project. The survey was performed concurrently in all seven countries in the respective national language and quotas for gender, age and regions within each of the countries were applied.
In each of the participating countries, 1,000 road users from the age of 18 years were interviewed. After data quality checks 6,608 respondents remain in the data set.
