Trust in Bureaucracy , Expectation and Intention to Work as Government Employee in Indonesia

This study aims to investigate the relationship between expectation and intention to work as a government employee among Public Administration students at Sriwijaya University. The study also explores the potential moderating effect of trust in bureaucracy on this relationship. Data were collected from 238 Public Administration students.本研究旨在探究斯里维加亚大学（Sriwijaya University）公共管理（Public Administration）专业学生的职业期望与政府雇员从业意向之间的关联。本研究同时考察了官僚体系信任在上述关联中可能存在的调节效应。研究共收集了238名公共管理专业学生的相关数据。
