Framework of Kurikulum Merdeka and Role of Headmaster and Teacher Leadership in Merdeka Belajar Program at Indonesia National Education

Indonesian education faces the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century and society 5.0 era, and on the other hand, the learning crisis and Covid 19 have resulted in education being increasingly left behind with the loss of learning (learning loss) which has resulted in an increase in the learning gap between regions and socio-economic groups. To restore learning, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) launched the Fifteenth Episode of Merdeka Belajar: Merdeka Curriculum and Merdeka Mengajar Platform.印度尼西亚教育既面临21世纪与社会5.0时代的挑战与机遇，同时也受到学习危机与新冠疫情的冲击：教育发展愈发滞后，出现了学习流失（learning loss）现象，进而导致不同地区及社会经济群体间的学习差距持续扩大。为修复学习成效，印度尼西亚教育、文化、研究与技术部（Kemendikbudristek）推出了第十五期“独立学习（Merdeka Belajar）”计划：独立课程（Merdeka Curriculum）与独立教学平台（Merdeka Mengajar Platform）。
