该数据为工业核心设备在标准工况下的声学特征集合,涵盖离心泵、三相异步电机、空气压缩机、加工中心、数控车床等 18 + 类关键设备的正常运行声纹样本。通过高精度声学采集与特征提取,建立 “设备类型 - 工况参数 - 声纹特征” 映射关系,用于训练设备声学基线模型,可快速识别声纹异常(如异响、频率偏移),为工业设备运行状态监测、早期故障预警及健康管理提供核心数据支撑,降低设备非计划停机风险。
This dataset is a collection of acoustic features of core industrial equipment under standard operating conditions. It covers normal operating acoustic fingerprint samples of over 18 types of critical equipment, including centrifugal pumps, three-phase asynchronous motors, air compressors, machining centers, CNC lathes, etc. Through high-precision acoustic data collection and feature extraction, a mapping relationship of "equipment type - operating condition parameters - acoustic fingerprint features" is established. This dataset is used to train acoustic baseline models for industrial equipment, enabling rapid identification of acoustic fingerprint anomalies such as abnormal noises and frequency deviations. It provides core data support for industrial equipment operating condition monitoring, early fault warning and health management, and reduces the risk of unplanned equipment downtime.
