LncRNA sequencing of the honeybee brain between waggling dancers and non-dancing bees

By varying the concentration of sucrose solution in the feeder (1.5 M-0.5 M-1.5 M), the occurrence of the waggle dance could be regulated, that is, foragers performed waggling dance, non-dancing, and waggling dance again. After the feeder was removed for 1 hour, the honeybees that kept a quiescent state were sampled. And then the above four groups of honeybee brain were detected by RNA sequencing.
