Single-cell transcriptomics of hypoxic WT and Vegfr2Y949F mouse lungs

We report a comprehensive cell atlas of the lungs from mice that were housed under hypoxia (10% oxgyen) for 6 weeks. Overall design: The mouse lung tissue blocks from WT and Vegfr2Y949F mice with 6-week hypoxia exposure were dissected and dissociated to yeild single cell suspension. Each suspension contained cells from lung tissues of 2 WT or 2 Vegfr2Y949F mice. Single cells RNAseq was performed using the 10X Genomic system, followed by analyses of cell clusters, and specific gene expression patterns
