Micro Bacterial Colonies curated agar plate dataset (COCO annotations)

This deposit contains a frozen snapshot of the “Micro Colonies” curated dataset exported from Roboflow (version v11) in COCO format. The dataset includes 165 images of agar plates with 1,801 annotated bacterial colonies across three species, split into predefined train, validation, and test folders. Annotations are provided as COCO JSON files located at train/_annotations.coco.json, valid/_annotations.coco.json, and test/_annotations.coco.json. This snapshot is intended to support reproducibility of the experiments reported in the associated manuscript on deep learning based bacterial colony detection and classification.
