The folder Data_field_experiment.zip contains data and descriptions of four sub-projects in four subfolders: 1. Subfolder “Field Spain” a. Subsubfolder “Transect around Spain”: i. File “data_read_me.odt”: description of file data.csv ii. File “data.csv”: data of two transects in 2016 and 2018 iii. Folder “waypoint_2018”: GPS location in .gpx files of the visited populations. b. Subsubfolder “Populations followed several years”: i. File “raw_data_read_me.odt”: description of file raw_data.ods ii. File “raw_data.ods”: data of the 8 populations visited in 3 consecutive years. 2. Subfolder “Relative fitness FHM” a. File “read_me_competition_FMH.odt”: description of file Data_CompetitionBetweenFHM.csv b. File “Data_CompetitionBetweenFHM.csv”: raw data of the reproductive effort of males, females and hermaphrodites in common garden c. File “Data_CompetitionBetweenFHMremoverevised.csv”: a revised version of file Data_CompetitionBetweenFHM.csv, with contradicting data purged out. d. File “FHMcommon_Thomas_Martignier.R”: R codes to run tests on the csv files “Data_CompetitionBetweenFHMremoverevised.csv” and “Data_pollen_limitation_and_distance.csv”, produce the results in the manuscript 3. Folder “Pollination and distance” a. File “Read_me_pollen_distance.odt”: description of file Data_pollen_limitation_and_distance.csv b. File “Data_pollen_limitation_and_distance.csv”: raw data of the pollination experiment. 4. Folder “Genetic male sterility” a. File “official_CI_genetic_crosses_Thomas_Martignier.R”: R codes to plot confident intevals on processed data of the Data_crossing.ods d. File “official_CLLR_genetic_crosses_Thomas_Martignier_complementary.R”: R codes to run combined likelihood tests on processed data of the Data_crossing.ods and find the optimal recombination rate
