aThe regression model is based on the expanded patient cohort (n = 54), using the natural logarithm of the meTIMP concentration as dependent variable and the gene expression levels (dCT values) of PLCB2 and TPMT and glucocorticosteroid and 5-ASA therapy as independent variables.
