Brassica napus cv. Westar plants were grown for 72 days, with first true leaves and shoot apices sampled on day 22, 43, 64, 65, 69, and 72 of the experiment. The goal was to follow global transcriptional changes occurring in the two tissues during the floral transition. Plants were subjected to a vernalisation period from day 22 to day 64 of the time series.
