Innovative Colorimetric Thermal Study of Methylcellulose Hydrogel via Smartphone Imaging- Data and Code

Colorimetry has shown highly effective results in measuring the temperature of methylcellulose hydrogel and demonstrated the potential to detect both gelation and degelation processes. This capability could be extended to identifying gelation in a wide range of gels. The dataset includes both the images analyzed in the study and full images of the methylcellulose, for further insights. Additionally, the MATLAB code used for the analysis in the paper is included in this dataset.比色法（Colorimetry）在甲基纤维素水凝胶（methylcellulose hydrogel）的温度测量中展现出极佳效果，同时具备检测胶凝（gelation）与解胶凝（degelation）过程的潜力。该技术能力可推广至多种凝胶的胶凝过程识别。本数据集包含本研究中使用的分析图像与完整的甲基纤维素原始图像，以供后续研究获取更多参考见解。此外，本数据集还收录了论文中用于数据分析的MATLAB代码。
