随着城市化进程的加快和新能源低速电动车的普及,换电柜作为城市绿色交通体系的重要组成部分,其运营与管理显得尤为关键。通过建立换电柜MNT模型,可以清晰了解换电柜的运营情况,从而制定针对性的策略,提升城市新能源交通环节的运行效率。通过换电柜MNT模型,可以快速识别出价值较高和需要扶持的换电柜。对于长期价值较高的换电柜,可增加换电柜数量或扩充电池容量,满足用户换电需求并提升收入;而对于长期价值较低的换电柜,可适当调整布局以降低成本,或引入更多服务功能(如电池租赁、快充服务)以提升竞争优势。通过分析换电柜免费换电订单占比,可以对预警换电柜采取一定措施,如推出包月、包年等优惠策略,吸引用户流量,提升运营收入。同时,可通过优化换电柜的选址和运营时间,进一步提升使用效率。一、数据采集:原始数据统一存储和管理于杭州慧橙新能源发展有限公司总平台系统。业务数据通过换电柜业务子系统采集,包含换电柜基础信息(换电柜编号、所属区域)和运营数据(换电次数、平均每次换电时长、日收入、运营时长、异常次数等),并接入总平台进行统一管理。
二、MNT评价模型
本模型通过分析无锡市宜兴市换电柜的收入水平、换电频率及稳定性评价三个维度,对换电柜进行综合评估和分级。具体评价规则如下:
1、换电频率(N/n),计算方式:日换电次数;评价标准:高于无锡地区平均换电次数赋值为N,否则为n 。
2、收入水平(M/m),计算方式:日收入金额 ;评价标准:高于无锡地区平均收入水平赋值为M,否则为m 。
3、运行稳定性(T/t),计算方式:异常率 = (异常次数/换电次数) × 100%;评价标准:低于无锡地区平均异常率赋值为T,否则为t。
三、等级划分
基于MNT评价结果,将换电柜分为四个等级:
1、重要价值(MNT):三项指标全优。
2、重要发展(mNT/MnT/MNt):两项指标良好。
3、 一般价值(Mnt/mNt/mnT):单项指标良好。
4、 重点扶持(mnt):三项指标待改善。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the popularization of new energy low-speed electric vehicles, battery swap cabinets have become an important part of the urban green transportation system, making their operation and management particularly critical. By establishing the MNT model for battery swap cabinets, the operational status of the cabinets can be clearly understood, enabling the formulation of targeted strategies to improve the operational efficiency of urban new energy transportation links. The MNT model can quickly identify high-value battery swap cabinets and those in need of support. For battery swap cabinets with long-term high value, the number of cabinets or their battery capacity can be increased to meet user battery swap demands and boost revenue; for those with long-term low value, the layout can be appropriately adjusted to reduce costs, or more service functions (such as battery rental and fast charging services) can be introduced to enhance competitive advantages. By analyzing the proportion of free battery swap orders for battery swap cabinets, targeted measures can be taken for early-warning cabinets, such as launching preferential policies like monthly and annual subscription plans to attract user traffic and increase operational revenue. Meanwhile, the utilization efficiency can be further improved by optimizing the location selection and operating hours of battery swap cabinets.
1. Data Collection
Original data is uniformly stored and managed on the central platform system of Hangzhou Huicheng New Energy Development Co., Ltd. Business data is collected through the battery swap cabinet business subsystem, including basic information of the cabinets (cabinet number, affiliated area) and operational data (number of battery swaps, average duration per swap, daily revenue, operating duration, number of anomalies, etc.), and is integrated into the central platform for unified management.
2. MNT Evaluation Model
This model conducts comprehensive evaluation and grading of battery swap cabinets based on three dimensions: income level, battery swap frequency, and operational stability of the cabinets in Yixing City, Wuxi. The specific evaluation rules are as follows:
1. Battery Swap Frequency (N/n): Calculation method: daily number of battery swaps; Evaluation criterion: assign the value N if the daily swap count is higher than the average swap frequency in Wuxi, otherwise assign n.
2. Income Level (M/m): Calculation method: daily income amount; Evaluation criterion: assign the value M if the daily income is higher than the average income level in Wuxi, otherwise assign m.
3. Operational Stability (T/t): Calculation method: anomaly rate = (number of anomalies / number of battery swaps) × 100%; Evaluation criterion: assign the value T if the anomaly rate is lower than the average anomaly rate in Wuxi, otherwise assign t.
3. Grading Division
Based on the MNT evaluation results, battery swap cabinets are divided into four grades:
1. High Value (MNT): All three indicators meet excellent standards.
2. Key Development (mNT/MnT/MNt): Two indicators meet good standards.
3. General Value (Mnt/mNt/mnT): One indicator meets good standards.
4. Priority Support (mnt): All three indicators require improvement.
