E. coli strains were reconstructed from mini-cell of E. coli ME8077 by inserting the genome of Hfr strains of ME8162 and RC30 via the natural conjugation system. Four new reconstructed E. coli strains were obtained. The genome of reconstructed E. coli strains were compared with genome donor strains.
