Nuclear genome annotation files for <i>Arcopilus aureus</i><i> </i>strain MB-11

We finished assembling the first chromosomal-scale nuclear genome of Arcopilus aureus by integrating its next-generation sequencing (NGS), long-read sequencing, and high-through chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) data. The final assembly yielded a 33.77-Mb nuclear genome organized into seven chromosomal-sized scaffolds (containing only one gap; N50 = 5.09 Mb). Annotation of the A. aureus nuclear genome revealed 10,282 protein-coding genes (PCGs) and 228 non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs).
