Kanojia et al., 2024, raw data from primary and secondary metabolite analysis

The dataset includes the raw data from the metabolomics analysis of primary and secondary metabolites from fruits and leaves of Micro-Tom tomato plants in 4 different treatments: UU - no biostimulant (unprimerd), unstressed (control plants) PU - primed with Ascophyllum nodosum extract, unstressed US - unprimed, drought-stressed PS - biostimulant-primerd, drought-stressed. The stress itself was: moderate drought (6 days without irrigation, soil field capacity ~ 50%, 6 DAP samples) severe drought (11 days without irrigation, SFC ~ 25%, 11 DAP) recovery (two days after rewatering, 13 DAP).
