We investigated the magnetism of body centered cubic (bcc) FeNi alloys (Fe92Ni08, Fe87Ni13, and Fe84Ni16) as a function of pressure at room temperature through the bcc to hexagonal closed packed (hcp) phase transition. In each case, the fully saturated magnetic remanence attained maxima at the hysteretic bcchcp and hcpbcc transition boundaries upon compression and decompression. Magnetization maxima generally shifted to lower pressures with increasing Ni concentration.
本研究于室温条件下,针对体心立方(body centered cubic, bcc)结构的FeNi合金(包含Fe₉₂Ni₀₈、Fe₈₇Ni₁₃与Fe₈₄Ni₁₆三种组分),探究了其磁性随压力的变化规律,研究覆盖了该体系从bcc至密排六方(hexagonal closed packed, hcp)的结构相变过程。在所有受试组分中,完全饱和的剩余磁化强度(magnetic remanence)均在加压时的磁滞bcc→hcp相变边界,以及减压时的磁滞hcp→bcc相变边界处达到峰值。总体而言,随着镍浓度的提升,磁化强度峰值对应的压力值逐渐降低。
