The Judicial authority of the Republic of South Africa is vested in the courts. These provisions are contained in Section 165 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996. The courts are independent and subject only to the Constitution and the law, which they must apply impartially and without fear, favour or prejudice. The City's Municipal Courts deal with minor offences occurring within municipalities. Offenders are able to pay their fines at the courts during working hours. Court sitting days are from Monday to Friday.<div>All spatial layers are served <b>live</b> from internal systems, an item's "<i>Last Updated</i>" or "<i>Publish Date</i>" refers to the <b>Metadata</b> only.<br /></div>
