Data for: "1 Gbps free-space deep ultraviolet communications based on III-nitride micro-LEDs emitting at 262 nm"

The dataset includes a figure in pdf format which was produced for the purposes of presenting the fabrication process for the deep micro-LED and optical images of the fabricated micro-LED. The data-set includes the results of I-V-L, modulation bandwidth, OOK and OFDM measurements.
