Dataset for: Plant growth and arthropod ecological indices on Sapindus saponaria fertilized with dehydrated municipal sewage sludge
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains plant structural measurements and arthropod ecological metrics obtained from Sapindus saponaria plants fertilized or not with dehydrated municipal sewage sludge in a degraded area of Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with two treatments and six blocks. Each block contained eight plants, four receiving 20 L of dehydrated municipal sewage sludge per planting pit and four receiving no sewage sludge, totaling 48 plants. Plant variables included the number of leaves per branch, number of branches per plant, and percentage ground cover. Arthropods were sampled every 15 days for 24 months on 12 leaves per plant, distributed among three canopy-height levels and four cardinal directions. The dataset includes abundance, species richness, and Hill diversity N1 for phytophagous Coleoptera, Orthoptera, Diptera, chewing insects, spiders, and total predators. The repository also contains the R script used for the statistical and multivariate analyses, the RStudio project file, and a README with the experimental design and variable definitions. This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Plant growth and arthropod ecological indices on Sapindus saponaria fertilized with dehydrated municipal sewage sludge.” Também pode preencher: KeywordsSapindus saponaria; sewage sludge; arthropod diversity; ecological restoration; degraded areas; plant growth; Hill diversity; principal component analysis LicenseCreative Commons Attribution 4.0 International — CC BY 4.0 LanguageEnglish PublisherZenodo
