资源简介:
This dataset contains the GenBank accession numbers for four genes (NP, NSs, GP, RdRp) from 25 Bandavirus strains, used to construct the phylogenies in Figure 1. The data is provided in a single xlsx file (~10 KB) with columns for virus name, strain designation, and corresponding accession numbers. All sequences are publicly available from NCBI. The aligned sequences were analyzed using MEGA 11 and PhyloSuite to generate maximum-likelihood trees with 1000 bootstrap replicates. As a reference list of accessions, the dataset has no missing values and is provided in a standard format for reuse in phylogenetic or comparative genomic studies. This dataset comprises the complete raw data supporting the cell tropism and replication kinetics analyses presented in Figure 2. It investigates five Bandavirus members (SFTSV, GTV, HRTV, LSV, BHAV) across a panel of ten mammalian cell lines derived from human, monkey, hamster, pig, and dog tissues. The dataset is structured in two primary components:Quantitative Replication Kinetics: Viral one-step growth curves were generated by infecting cells at an MOI of 5. Supernatants were collected at seven time points (0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 hours post-infection). Viral titers, determined in triplicate via endpoint dilution assay on Vero cells and expressed as TCID₅₀/mL, are compiled in Fig 2.xlsx (17 KB, .xlsx format). The file contains mean titers and standard deviations for all virus-cell line combinations. No data points are missing.Qualitative Cell Tropism Assessment: Immunofluorescence assay (IFA) images confirming viral infection at 96 hpi are contained within Fig 2.zip (34 MB). The archive includes original, unprocessed microscopy images (e.g., .tif/.jpg) for each virus-cell line combination and corresponding mock-infected controls, demonstrating viral NP localization (green) and DAPI-stained nuclei (blue). All files use standard, accessible formats for data reuse. This dataset provides the full experimental foundation for the comparative analysis of viral host range and replication dynamics within the Bandavirus genus. This dataset contains all raw data from the in vivo infection study shown in Figure 3. It includes longitudinal measurements of body weight, serum viral load (qRT-PCR), virus-specific antibody titers (IgM/IgG ELISA), and cross-neutralization profiles for five Bandavirus members in a mouse model. All data are compiled in the file fig3.xlsx (20.4 KB). The dataset is complete and provided in a standard format for verification of the reported infection kinetics and antigenic analysis. This dataset contains the raw data supporting the organ-specific pathology and viral tropism analysis presented in Figure 5. It comprises both qualitative histopathological images and quantitative viral load measurements from major organs of IFNAR-/- mice infected with five Bandavirus members (SFTSV, GTV, HRTV, LSV, BHAV).Microscopy Images (Fig5.rar, 202 MB): Original high-resolution digital images of hematoxylin and eosin (H&E)-stained and viral nucleoprotein (NP)-targeted immunohistochemistry (IHC) sections from six organs per infection group.Quantitative Viral Loads (Fig5.xlsx, 10.9 KB): Tissue-specific viral RNA concentrations (log₁₀ copies/mg tissue) quantified by qRT-PCR at 3 days post-infection (n=6 per group). All data are complete and provided in standard formats for independent assessment of histopathological lesions, viral antigen distribution, and tissue tropism. This dataset (FigS1.xlsx, 17.8 KB) contains the longitudinal hematological and serum biochemical measurements (including blood cell counts and liver enzyme levels) from C57BL/6 mice infected with HRTV, LSV, or BHAV, supporting the analysis in Figure S1.This dataset (FigS2.xlsx, 18.1 KB) contains the daily body weight measurements (presented as a percentage of initial weight) for IFNAR-/- mice infected with one of five Bandavirus members (SFTSV, GTV, HRTV, LSV, BHAV) across a range of viral doses (10⁰ to 10⁴ TCID₅₀), supporting the longitudinal analysis in Figure S2.
