Results of the statistical analysis of the results obtained for point-of-need workflow setup.

Data obtained from the analysis of samples processed with the gold standard workflow (extracted with STARMag 96 X 4 Universal Cartridge Kit and amplified with Allplex™ STI Essential Assay) were compared with data obtained from the analysis of the same samples with the point-of-need simplified workflow (extracted with a quick thermal/chemical extraction and amplified with Enbiotech STI Panel pathogen-specific primers/probe sets). For every indicator its respective 95% confidence interval was calculated.
