To study whether the time of Chlamydia infection affects the genital tract microbiome, we sequenced the vaginal, uterine, and ovary and oviduct microbiota from female C57BL/6J mice with and without Chlamydia infection. The mice were infected with Chlamydia at either ZT3 or ZT15.
