Longitudinal and quadratic magnetooptic Kerr effect spectra of Co<sub>2</sub>MnSi Heusler compound sample series in spectral range 0.8 - 5.5 eV. The dataset contain measurement of Kerr rotation and Kerr ellipticity alike. Samples in the sample set are annealed at 300C, 350C, 400C, 450C, 475C and 500C, respectively.
