Preprocessed MEG and MRI datasets for multilayer laminar inference in humans
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the preprocessed neuroimaging data underlying the empirical analyses presented in Multilayer MEG source modelling enables depth-resolved laminar inference in humans. The dataset comprises three independent human MEG experiments: visually cued button press self-paced button press visual grating stimulation For each participant, the archive includes: structural T1-weighted MRI cortical surface reconstructions generated with FreeSurfer participant fiducial coordinates (participants.tsv) preprocessed trial-level MEG epochs trial-averaged MEG epochs used for laminar source reconstruction The data are organized by experiment and participant. Raw MEG and MRI data are not included because they contain identifiable human participant information. The processed datasets provided here are sufficient to reproduce the empirical analyses reported in the accompanying publication. Simulation outputs are not included because they can be regenerated from the accompanying analysis code.
