ECOL2050- The Relationship Between Sunlight and Vegetation Abundance

This experiment was conducted over the course of two days. 200 quadrates were done in grasslands(100) and woodlots(100). The temperature and cloud cover was consistantly 14 degrees celcius and partially cloudy. Quadrates were chosen via random number generator, first 1-4 N-W, then again 1-20 to determine the amount of steps needed to be taken in set direction. <br><br>This experiment measures the amount of sunlight an area recieves and the abundance of living vegetation present.
