Reproducibility Package for "Assessing Evidential Validation in Technology-Enhanced STEM Education: An X-ray Diffraction Case with Implications for Sustainable Development"
收藏资源简介:
This reproducibility package contains the anonymized data, documentation, R source code, and generated analytical outputs supporting the REV5 manuscript “From Software Operation to Evidence-Based Validation: Assessing a Bounded Real-World STEM Problem-Solving Task Using X-ray Diffraction,” submitted to Education Sciences. The package includes report-level rubric scores for 11 anonymized group reports (E1–E11), original and revised C1 scores, independent external-evaluator scores, the C1 rescoring audit and revision chronology, assignment-coverage information, criterion-level agreement results, statistical summaries, sensitivity analyses, and the source data for Figures 4 and 5. It also contains the report-by-report mineral-phase identification matrices underlying Table 5 (Fe_600) and Table 6 (PR1). The reproducible base-R script computes descriptive statistics, the Friedman test, Kendall’s W, Nemenyi comparisons, Holm-corrected paired Wilcoxon sensitivity comparisons, Pearson and Spearman associations, ICC(2,1), ICC(3,1), exact agreement, agreement within one scoring band, linearly weighted kappa, and complete-case, alternative-standardization, and report-independence sensitivity analyses. It regenerates Figures 4 and 5 in PDF and 600 dpi TIFF formats and writes machine-readable CSV outputs. Original student laboratory reports are not included because they are confidential academic materials. The deposited files contain no student names, contact details, institutional identifiers, re-identification keys, or verbatim report excerpts. The public qualitative-evidence summary contains only non-verbatim findings reported in the manuscript. This version supersedes the previous deposit files. Duplicate workbooks and documentation, R session files, the unreviewed qualitative-coding draft, and the obsolete Figure 6 have been removed. Detailed reproduction instructions, licensing information, and SHA-256 checksums are included in the package.
