RNA-seq of HL-60 cells before and after differentiation and upon a BAR domain protein Snx33 knockout

RNA-seq was performed to access the differences in transcriptome profiling of neutrophil-like HL-60 cells pre- and 5 days post-differentiation and upon BAR domain protein knockout (post-differentiation). Samples were collected before or after 5 days of differentiation with 1.5% DMSO for wild-type HL-60 cells as well as 5 days post-differentiation for wild-type and Snx33 knockout HL-60 cells.
