Data from: Spatiotemporal climate variability in the Andes of northern Peru: Evaluation of gridded datasets to describe cloud forest microclimate and local rainfall

Daily weather data for a network of eight cloud forest landscapes across a 1700-3100 m elevation and 1000-2500 mm rainfall gradient in northern Perú, 2015-2019. Seven landscapes are located in the department of Amazonas, with one in San Martin. Data summarized on a daily time-step by landscape for minimum and maximum temperature, relative humidity, and vapor pressure deficit. In situ weather data loggers located inside forest with nearby tipping-bucket rain gauges at each landscape. Weather data collection with Andean communities is ongoing.
