The human cytokine and chemokine gene PCR Array for M2 macrophages undergoing ferroptosis

THP-1 cells were maintained in RPMI1640 medium containing 10% FBS and 1% penicillin-streptomycin. We inoculated THP-1 cells at a density of 1 × 10⁶ cells/mL into 6-well plates while adding PMA (100 ng/mL) for a 24h incubation. The medium was then replaced with fresh PMA-containing medium, and IL-4 (20 ng/mL) and IL-13 (20 ng/mL) were added to continue culturing for 48 hours to induce M2 macrophage polarization. Subsequently, Fer-1 (10 µM) and RSL3 (0.5 µM) were added to establish the ferroptosis model in M2 macrophages. The research group used PCR arrays to detect human cytokine and chemokine gene expression profiles.
