Raman, ATR-FTIR, WAXD, SAXS, DSC data of PET mono- and PET/PA6 bicomponent filaments

Structural data was obtained from monocomponent melt-spun and offline drawn poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) monofilaments and melt-spun bicomponent core-sheath PET-polyamide 6 (PET-PA6) fibers. The data comprises: Raman maps of filament cross-sections, attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) spectra, wide-angle x-ray diffraction (WAXD) patterns and azimuthal- and radial profiles, small-angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) patterns, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves and an atomic force microscopy (AFM) image of an embedded fiber cross-section.本数据集的结构数据取自单组分熔融纺丝且经离线拉伸的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯（poly(ethylene terephthalate), PET）单丝，以及熔融纺丝双组分皮芯型聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚酰胺6（polyamide 6, PA6, PET-PA6）纤维。数据集包含以下内容：纤维横截面的拉曼成像图、衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱（attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ATR-FTIR）谱图、广角X射线衍射（wide-angle x-ray diffraction, WAXD）图谱及其方位角分布与径向分布曲线、小角X射线散射（small-angle x-ray scattering, SAXS）图谱、差示扫描量热法（differential scanning calorimetry, DSC）曲线，以及包埋处理的纤维横截面原子力显微镜（atomic force microscopy, AFM）图像。
